My oil paintings are about colour
and form with a hint of mystery.
Inspired by the Lincolnshire land-
scape, my work sits in a blend
of abstraction and fiction.
Going 'Beyond Reality', I use the
landscape as a reference point,
yet never depict it directly. The
coastline also features in my work,
with the soft muted colours of
mudflats, marshes and creeks,
giving a sense of a wild and
desolate place.
